I threw my alarm clock out!

Now my random scribblings are out there for all to read.  Generally speaking I am content to be reading good books, resting, decluttering, cooking and pottering around. However, I need to get motivated to do some writing as this has been a goal since highschool. Since retiring I have had some projects underway and had family responsibilities to occupy my time. As time goes by, I am thinking more of what I need to write about and have just started some jot notes for my eyes only.  This writing may most likely take the form of a play with elements of family history, comedy,   pet stories, mystery, community issues and cooking. Quite the blend of themes don’t you think?  Perhaps the genre is reasonably described as “an embarrassment of freedom”. in other words, I will write a play eventually about whatever I darn well please, so before the curtain rises…bear with me.
